OUR SERVICES

Buyer Inspections

It doesn’t matter if this is your starter home or dream home, I know the importance of the purchase you’re about to make. I also know the importance of having a trusted partner to help guide you through the inspection process. Knowing the facts about the property you’re about to purchase, from roof to foundation, could cost you–or save you–thousands. I’m here to make sure this is one of the best investments you’ll ever make.

Radon Gas Testing

Radon is a radioactive, colorless, odorless and tasteless gas which occurs naturally as the elements radium, uranium, and thorium decay in soil and rock under our home. It then moves into the air and underground water which brings it into our living space.  It is impossible to completely avoid radon, but lowering your exposure is necessary. According to the American Cancer Society, long term exposure to high levels of radon can lead to lung cancer. In fact, radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in the United States behind smoking. With this serious of a consequence, why not protect your family and get your home tested for radon? We have the specialized equipment and training to test your home for radon and help keep you safe.

Pre-Listing Inspections

Why would you pay to have your home inspected if you’re going to be putting it on the market and selling it? The answer is simple – it can save you money and make the selling process easier on you. If you know the existing condition of your home, you can fix any issues that come to light during the inspection and avoid the potential for a deal to fall through. Knowing the condition of your home will also allow you to price it more accurately so you get the most buyer interest and the best price. I’m here to help you get the most out of your home sale.
